My cakes, fillings, and frostings are always baked from scratch using the finest hand-picked ingredients.
Each cake is baked to order 36 hours prior to your event. Baking from scratch and never using pre-mixed
or pre-packaged ingredients or fillers ensures me the satisfaction of knowing I am providing my clients
the best cake I can.

During your consultation we will review my portfolio, along with magazines and books to help us design
and create the perfect cake for your special event. Most importantly, I will listen to you.

Being a custom baker allows me the extra time to work on a personal level with my clients.
